At midday, visit a traditional Amazigh home to experience local culture and hospitality.
The trail leads into a gorge with flowing waters and natural pools, ideal for a refreshing swim. Continue past terraced fields, where farming is done by hand, as it has been for generations.
The hike ends in a charming village, leaving you with lasting memories of Morocco’s natural beauty and culture.
Round-trip transportation is included from your hotel in Taghazout, Tamraght, Aourir, or Agadir. The hike starts about an hour’s drive from Taghazout.
Water and snacks (bananas) are provided.
Lunch will be at a Berber house, where you’ll enjoy Moroccan tea and a selection of local specialties, followed by a traditional vegetarian or chicken tagine. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.This is an easy and well-marked hike, suitable for everyone, with no special skills needed.
The trail is about 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) long. It follows the river and includes some small stones and rocky sections.
